FLINDERS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
2011 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION/RENEWAL
(Annual Membership is Renewable in January each year)
Membership Subscription rates to the Flinders Community Association are:
General Householders $25, (Concession Holders $20)
Business Membership Subscription rates: (Note – Business membership’ includes having business details and acknowledgment of FCA support listed on the Association’s web page at www.flindersvillage.com.au/ )
Category A - Self-employed Contractor/Service provider - $50
Category B - Local Traders $100.
Methods for Payment:
- Using the “PayPal’ link on the Association’s website www.flindersvillage.com.au/ (our preferred option)
- Pay in person to The Treasurer, at the Association’s Annual General Meeting in January,
- By Cheque made payable to “Flinders Community Association” attach to the application form, place in an envelope addressed to the Association and lodge at Flinders Post Office.
- By bank transfer, Association’s account details are available from The Treasurer, telephone 5989 0335.
A receipt will be provided on payment or by return mail.
